Our first ever movie night was such a success with a great turn out. Everyone big and small enjoyed 'The Little Mermaid LIVE!' with a mixture of the original animated film and a live action performance it had something for everyone!
We were lucky enough to be treated to an impromptu performance from our intermediate jazz students, they were very excited to show us all the dance they had learnt at the GMG Productions audition for Cinderella to "Blinding Lights" the day before. Olivia S, Sophie T and Isabel were the joined by Sophie C and Zara-Lee and performed "All for One" which they had been working very hard on in class. Our youngest dancers just couldn't hold back and soon joined the big girls on our make shift stage area! I just loved watching the girls be inspired by one another and to have the opportunity to dance together.
We also had the opportunity to celebrate Olivia Skeltons 11th birthday with friends, dancing and CAKE! It was so nice to have everyone together and we so appreciate everyone who came out in support, we managed to raise enough money to cover the theatre hire for our first end of year show in December 2020. The dancers are working hard and we can't wait to show you what we have been working on!
